Our commitment

Reliant Engineering Consulting is committed to ensuring this website is accessible to as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology, and is designed and built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and a "skip to main content" link.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, including the mobile menu, with visible focus states.
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds for text and interactive elements.
• Descriptive link text and form labels, with required fields clearly indicated.
• Responsive layout that supports zoom and reflow up to 400% without loss of content.
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting — animations are minimised for users who request it.

Known limitations

This statement is reviewed after every audit (see docs/07-testing-and-launch-checklist.md). Any outstanding issues found by an automated (Lighthouse/axe) or manual audit will be listed here with a target fix date until resolved.
